Ease of assembly really missed the mark
In the right circumstances, this is an otherwise great product.First off, the packaging and presentation were on point. Everything that you need is included minus any flathead you'll need for assembly, but you could substitute a thick coin for that; in my case, a quarter.Following the instructions, I went through several iterations before I got two house keys, the tool, keychain holder, and clip attached. I had more troubles than I anticipated and really chewed up the quarter in the process. My keys were slightly twisted which is not the fault of the product, but it is why I had so few keys installed in the smallest configuration to begin with.As far as my issues go, they are as follows:The screw slots for the coin are way too thick and don't provide enough surface for a coin to grip. You'd be better served with a flathead. To remedy this, add an indent in the middle of the screws to fit a coin, and make that indent deep. Currently, it's only about 1/3rd deep. You can easily do another third and likely not compromise the integrity of the screw head since not a lot of torque will be generated so there isn't a risk of snapping so long as you don't sacrifice on the quality of the screw itself. Also, there are little rubber o-rings on those screws, not sure the purpose but either shrink the holes in the body piece or thicken up on the screw. The clip, while a nice addition, needs another QC pass. The pictures show that the clip head is supposed to rest, spaced with a washer, flat against the black body pieces but this is not the case when threading a screw through them. The holes are misaligned to the point where adding the screw requires a few washers to bridge the gap between the clip and body. I tried bending to achieve the desired fit but gave up not wanting to snap it.The washers. I feel like you'd be better served with plastic or rubber washers over what feels like cardboard paper (the thick colorful kind you'd use for elementary school art projects). I used several of these to the point the body pieces were no longer parallel, and yet they still couldn't keep my house key tucked in, it kept swinging freely.Lastly, the hallowed out screws that form the mounting cylinders. Those slot into the bottom, and the little keyed notches they're supposed to fit into in the body piece to keep them from rotating. Add more height to those. Getting those notches in the body's keyholes proved an irritating issue during assembly. Also, make them square instead of the hamburger shape they are right now.Everything else proved a positive experience. One thing I will give you is the container for the washers is very convenient. I'm looking at a competitor's product right beside your disassembled one and theirs are just free in the bag. The build quality is also spot on, it feels like a solid product and the tool and keychain loop feel like raw cuts of steel. At the end of the day, however, too many flaws make for something I'm wanting to return.

Works
I like that it keeps the keys secure. But, having a remote on the end isn't ideal. A bit bulky with it. No remote? Perfect.

Slightly sharp edges but overall good organizer.
This Smartkey Organizer does it's job - organize keys with fairly easy access. The main issue I found it is a little sharp (not cutting sharp) on the edges. I can see myself getting scraped/cut if I put my hand in or take it out of my pocket too fast - I felt the edges. So far, I think it is sturdy and it should be durable with the 4 keys and included can opener. It holds the keys compactly in place - no more noisy keys. I have 4 keys but it can hold more if the included extension is used (3 sets of different size are included).
