DOES THE JOB PERFECTLY WELL
I connected this to the controller of a DJI mini 2, ( same standard controller for many DJI Drones).It fitted an Apple ipad air 2 which had a thin case on, perfectly well.Well worth buying this as an alternative to the more expensive versions that block buttons on your controller.

Brilliant Design & Very Well Made
This is simply brilliant and worked well with my mini-iPad. Be aware of imitations that are obviously made with a 3D printer. This is an original and again, well made.

So far so good
This fits my Amazon fire hd tablet (10") but its either almost too loose or almost too tight. The holder flips to give you a smaller or larger fit it doesnt slide or adjust on its own. on the smallest fit the tablet is very very tight. it fits but i feel like it might break. On the longer setting its sloppy and loose but fits so i feel like it might fall out. Neither make me 100% happy but It works good. I may update to a different one that doesnt make me anxiety stricken but it does work good

Decided not to use it
I’ve, probably like a lot of people, thought that a bigger screen to watch my drone footage, as it was flying, would be better with a bigger screen. However, I think, hooking something bigger than maybe an iPad mini onto something like this would make it too top-heavy. With the only exception being, if your controller is sitting on a table instead of you standing up holding it. I’m probably going to end up not using this and sticking with my phone as my viewer or maybe buying an iPad mini, which is bigger than my phone but not as big as a standard iPad. If you are just of the mindset, that bigger is better, and don’t care about anything else, then I would say this is OK. Make sure when purchasing an iPad extender for your controller that you get the longer cord, which would be longer than the one that comes with the controller itself. This one did not come with that.
