Works on polyester velvet
I’m glad I bought this despite previous reviews to use on some 100% polyester velvet I plan to reupholster some chairs with . After having first tried it on a sample, I sprayed the back of the fabric, allowed it to dry then sprayed again. The fabric was slightly stiffer afterwards but the look & pile of the velvet remained as good as before spraying. One star deducted as the spray is a bit uneven. I did not test whether it makes the fabric less flammable.

Great spray. Bottle appeared to have a minor leak when it arrived. But still plenty in the bottle. May order again.

Good product bottle tops should be checked before delivery
Product arrived on time and was what I wanted but sadly one bottle had leaked and I lost about a quarter of the contents perhaps the tops should be checked before delivery.
