Not only comfortable, but work too!

I got an extra large and feel that the seat is not tight enough. Otherwise fine.

AT first, there was some sort of plastic/rubber around the leg openings which adhered to the skin and kept the panties in place. But after the first wash, the plastic started to stretch out making the panties shift and bunch. NO, I didn't wash them in hot water or put them in the dryer. I washed them in cool to warm water and air dried them. After a couple of washes, the legs have no elasticity and they create a wedgie situation when worn. I ordered 2 other brands and have not had any problem with the other brands. KNIX was more expensive than the other brands as well.

4x for me is 60 to 80in round I didn't see the size chart that fitted up to size 26 cuz a U.S. 4x fits me good. I tried them on and they fitted perfect and they are light not heavy like some padded undies. On a negative note. To my delight I ordered 2 and couldn't wait for my 6 pairs of undies you know just like the picture showed 3 pair not one pair. Well I got only 2 , this is false advertising. If you show 3 pairs of the same product then that is what people expect. I read the product detail over 3 times and didn't see where only one item was included in package. They fit to good to send back. I will have to be more vigilant about what's not being said and go to the reviews cuz there was one about not getting 3 but one they blamed themselves for not reading the order. There was nothing written about only one pair!!!

These work great for sneezes and laughter “accidents.” They are a bit snug, at first. Since I have only worn mine once, I trust that they will stretch, a bit, after a few wears (it is noted that they do.). I love the fact you can throw them in the washer and dryer. Comfort wise, it took me a bit to get used to, but all in all, I would recommend.

The panties with the built in liners are a great solution to after surgery worries about getting out of bed & getting to restroom on time, they are also light weight & smooth to touch.

Product is comfortable, easy to clean, very absorbent.

Just what my wife wanted.
