2440 x 1220 x 5.5mm WBP Plywood (5 Sheets)

I have always been reluctant to write a review as I have been misled by gratuitous 5 stars and praising comments. I got sometimes infuriated by rubbish item and wrote negative comments; the recent one about Burgon & Ball GTO Ratchet LopperI am ordering again a pack of 5.5mm WBP Plywood from this seller. They are excellent. I bought a pack on the 17 September 2017, I used them for various purposes and I have half a sheet left in the garage, still in perfect condition. I am an amateur, but cutting a sheet does not produce any crack. It looks like solid wood.

This plywood is very good quality. I used it as the base for a vinyl bathroom floor and it was perfect. I was contacted by email to ensure delivery would be ok. Only problem was that the delivery address was wrongly transcribed somehow, and it took some effort to persuade the driver that he was trying to deliver to the wrong address (2 doors away). However, all sorted, and I am delighted with the plywood and the quick delivery. Excellent value.

The sheets arrived on time and no complaints with the quality. Will use this supplier again if needing other materials.

Poor quality different sizes, late delivery poor communication

Couldn't find this any cheaper, nice wood although a couple of corners damaged but this won't affect what it's for.

For the price the quality is ok but one sheet was much thicker than the other four so it made its use in flooring much more difficult. Several dings in the edges and one edge broken off so expect damage in shipping and they only shipped four but did send another after several posts in the customer communication channel so that turned out ok but a lot of hassle. The upside is very good price for reasonable grade timber.

This is a great deal, cheaper than anywhere else I could find and the ply is good quality, delivered very quickly by a local builders merchant with a very helpful driver, I'm happy! Who'd have thought it, 8x4 sheets of ply on Amazon?

The product itself was ok BUT the packaging of cardboard was ripped wide open! The couriers left all three parcels across the front door, in the pouring rain, without letting us know they had made the delivery! We couldn't open the door so we had to use the back door to get out. The wrapping was soaked through, so, we had to pick up the individual pieces of plywood, one at a time, and carry them up to the garage where they are going to be used to replace our old garage roof. Fifteen trips later we folded the packaging for recycling!
