Plant is healthy but they sent outgrown plant with outgrown roots which is very difficult to repot.. they should send compact size plants potted..

Not potted properly and delivered without packing in potting mix for orchids .. should have packed professionally . Please do send plants in this conditions . The outer cover was packed very well .
