My first e-bike purchase. The monster 100 is exactly how it is described in the listing and is a fun overall experience for adults getting into electric bikes.Bike took four days from time ordered until it was dropped off on my porch. It was packaged extremely well and very secure. Assembly was also quite easy, the instruction book has a QR code to a YouTube video on assembly. The battery initial charge was about 2 hours but a full charge from near zero to full was about 3.5 hours.Getting on the bike for the first ride is simple. A short read through the manual and playing with the gauge/dial whole learning the pedal assist systems took a couple minutes of riding. This bike will do approximately 17 miles on pure electric l, and that's with a mildly hilly area and a 200ish pound rider. I can achieve 20mph on flat land with pedal assist 5 or full electric power and the bike will climb a decent hill at 10-12mph on pure electric and about 14-15 with pedal assistThe only things I do not enjoy about the bike are the seat and the fact it does come with a relatively small battery. The seat has an adjustable air bladder for comfort, but it just feels stiff at all times to me. And lastly is the battery range, while this is the first electric bike I have purchased, I have rode 2 brands in a similar price range and design that could go upwards of 25+30 miles. Ordering a larger amp hour battery is in my future to extend my range.Overall I love this bike and highly recommend it for first timers or anyone looking to pick up an electric bike on a budget.

I've only had it a week and if things change I'll update this post but so Far this E-bike is great! Took it on it's first test drive the other day and it preformed great! Made it up a long steady grade with ease. Did a total of 7 miles on it. When I parked it in the garage the battery still read full! Reached a max speed of 20.2 mph. The only complaint I have is assembly. Just a couple of minor issues. 1. They included 2 star wrench screws for the brake disc. Luckily I had the right star wrench. I had to remove the handle bare riser screw completely to adjust the height of the bar. Not really an issue as I know it won't come loose while riding. Overall, I'm very pleased. This is my first E-bike.

Set up took me about 45 minutes. Hardest part was getting the wheel in place as I've never built a bike before, however the bike came with tools and instructions that were easy to understand. I needed an E bike to get to work, something reliable that didn't break the bank. A trip that would normally take about 15 minutes in a car surprisingly took me 25 minutes on the bike using a mix of pedal assist and just straight motor. I'm 6'1" and weigh 225 pounds, and carry a back pack with heavy boots and this thing gets the job done. I will say to any new buyers that you should definitely invest in some sort of fender because there are none on this. Also this thing is very very light. It's totally bikeable without any motor assist and even comes with gears.

Only issue was the wires to cut power when brake is applied. Casing was broke on one and looked like a repair job failed. The other one doesn't work. One of the little things you get used to. Had to adjust brakes. They rubbed a little. Overall I'm very satisfied with the bike.

I am an avid biker and my husband is not. I purchased this as a gift for him so he would bike with me. He loves this! It was easy to assemble and it is very easy to use. He liked it so much he bought me one! We couldn’t be happier with them. It gives you the reassurance if you travel far, you can get assistance with the ebike to get you back. We traveled 22 miles and my husband used the electric majority of the time. He still had 4 out of 5 bars remaining. We would highly recommend these.

This is my first electric bike and didn't want to spend a fortune. I bought it just for fun and exercise. I am a little out of shape so riding a bike isn't exactly easy (5' 10", 240ish). I don't write a lot of reviews, but I'm happy to write this one. This is like riding a bike with cheat codes!!! I took it to the park to ride on paths and dirt trails. Bike is small enough to make tight turns and maneuvers well enough. Most important, it carried my big butt up some decent hills without me dying. I had a smile on my face the whole time I was riding it. It shifts gears very easy. Using the peddle assist or throttle makes riding very relaxing. You don't even need to peddle when you want to take a break, just use the throttle. Most fun I have had in years!!! Got my wife to try it out and she had the same reaction. We just ordered a second bike for her. Only a few things to upgrade...the seat is squishy, but still hurt my butt. I changed to a fat guy seat and it was much more comfortable. Brakes squeal and will need adjust out of the box, but work well enough. I had to YouTube how to adjust disc brakes, but it wasn't hard. Added a headlight and phone holder. Even had the tools needed for assembly! Cheap tools, but got the job done and I didn't have to get mine out. Overall, I am completely satisfied and looking forward to using our bikes at campgrounds and parks this summer. If something goes bad I'll be back to let you know. Happy Trails!

The front fork came bent at an extreme angle and was irreparable; however, I contacted customer service that day and they replied 12 hours later telling me they were shipping a new one to me. It arrived the following Monday, allowing me to finish assembly.This was a great deal when I snagged the sale price. For a lower price electric mountain bike hybrid this is an absolutely phenomenal purchase. It charges in less than 3 hrs. I rode it around for an hour and it only went to 75%. The setup went reasonably quickly. It’s a comfortable seat. The gears are Shimano and it has disc brakes. In all, this was a good purchase.

La compre para moverme por NY. Aca los parking son excasos y el seguro altisimo. Esta bicicleta me lleva al trabajo sin problema. Voy con ella a todos lados. Ya eh corrido sobre casi 500 millas sin ningún problema. La eh usado bajo lluvia leve por 3 ocasiones y no se a dañado. Eso si, cuando llueve le pongo un protector a la bateria para que no se moje mucho. La recomiendo al 100.
