What can be done to get a replacement mirror? I used the case once and now the mirror won’t hold a charge. This was purchased at the end of February 2023 but due to the 30 day window I’m unable to get help. - Bummed out.

I got this very nice makeup case though the Amazon Vine program for evaluation and I am impressed. It is good size to accommodate all your makeup and keep it all organized, has a USB chargeable makeup light/ mirror with several different light shades, came with good quality brushes in a brush holder, and has padding to protect the contents. It even has straps to allow the lid with mirror mounting to stand vertically when open for makeup application. The case zipper is nice and sturdy and the handle is comfortable even with the case full. The only drawback is that the mirror mounts onto protrusions on the inner lid surface and likes to pop off, plus the mirror turns on with a touch in spots other than the indicated power switch so it could easily turn itself on in the case leaving you with a dead battery. I may experiment with a bit of plumbers tape on the protruding knobs to better secure the mirror. The case also comes with dividers so you can arrange the contents to suit your needs.All in all, this is a well designed good quality cosmetic case and would be five stars except for the minor issues with the mirror. It is well worth the listed price!

The mirror if that’s what you call it…..came in all scratched up!!!!! Very disappointing!!!
