This product was part of my nutritional therapy plan and has made such a huge difference to my stomach. Food is no longer lying undigested in my stomach in middle of night and bloating greatly reduced. I had some bad sugar cravings during 1st month, but I think this was due to die off and has definitely calmed down. If you are having stomach issues this product would be a good one to try. What's especially good is that you can take all the tablets together. I am on a regime where I constantly have to space tablets out so this takes some stress off me! I was told to try Bionutri because I always suffer with bloating but since I have started on these I feel great I do not take in the morning thought because my stomach is quite sensitive in the morning but I take them in the afternoon and they are great worth every penny

Could only manage to take the 4 tablets for one week. Their are too big to swallowI didn't notice any effects
