Fluted Wood Dowels 5mm X 30mm Pack of 25

Our house can with a fitted kitchen including double door corner cupboards. In all honesty, I don't like them. Everything in the corners is hard to reach, store, access, stow. In both cases, the corner has one slim single door and a wide double panelled door. The two parts of the double are joined using wood dowels. Not long after we moved in, the double door of one of them fell apart. What a surprise! I measured the dowels and these fit perfectly. I repaired the door after cursing the designer who thought this was a useful idea. The design is a rubbish idea, rescued with good, strong dowels with plenty to spare for future repairs. I'm too old to start now, but I would love to design my own kitchen based on 45 years of married life moving house (military). 31 houses and I KNOW what makes a good kitchen. Ask me!

I like these dowels they are very dowely also they’re fluted and made of wood .... they’re dowels

Bought a desk from Argos and these were missing. They were a bit tight but fit with a bit of hammering. Put the desk together though :)
