I've used numerous ear plugs over the years, all work to a degree but these were a pleasant surprise.. Imagine putting Blutac or Playdough in your ears, well that is what these are like. Easily the best plugs at blocking out night sounds from my wonderful wife, they stay in, so the hunt for the missing earplug in the darkness of night is no more. They are very comfortable as they mould to your inner ear shape. You get multiple plugs but I've used the same set for over three weeks every night..

Used these when I had a stay in hospital to block out the inevitable noises that were keeping me awake at night and I was surprised at how effective they were. You need to follow the instructions to get them to stick in all night but once I did they did a great job. For me they weren't super comfortable but I could always find a combination of earplug and sleeping position that was acceptable.

I had been trying to find a good sleep solution for ages. I'm a side sleeper and I am a light sleeper. I've tried the normal foam ear plugs and I ever got on with them, either too annoying, making my ear itchy or just didn't work effectively. These silicone ones block out irritating noises and mould nicely inside the ear so they don't irritate.

They are very sticky and get stuck to your hair. Don't last long for a few more pounds you can get better quality. Would not recommend.

I've been using silicone earplugs for many ears and these are the best I've come across. They were recommended to me and I was pleasantly surprised at how much better they are than others I've bought. They seem to have thought of everything with a separate case to store the pair currently in use (they last for 7 days and there are 6 pairs), some ties to keep hair out of the way, comprehensive instructions and a QR code that links to a YouTube video for a practical demonstration of how to use them. Everything in one place for a silent night's sleep and all the benefits that this brings. Delighted.

I ended up having to have one of these removed from my ear at the hospital as it had crumbled (after only wearing a few times) and getting lost in my ear, causing pain and discomfort. Nurse advised that these are not good for sleeping in and we should only ever use the sponge ear plugs.

I've used many earplugs over the years but never used anything like these soft moldable blobs.My ears don't like anything in them - they tend to swell slightly seemingly in an attempt to rid me of these foreign objects. This can take a few minutes (earbud headphones) to an hour or so (foam earplugs). When it happens, I must remove whatever is in my ears as they become very uncomfortable.However, these little beauties feel so comfortable (albeit slightly strange to start with) and I can last most of the night without scrambling to remove them (I reckon around 6 hours - a record for me).You do have to be VERY CAREFUL when fitting (and removing). The instructions and the video (QR code provided to link to this) mention the safety aspect of getting these stuck in your ear A LOT. It did make me wary of using them at first, but they are fine - just be gentle when fitting and remember to not push them in, but smear the edges to seal your ear (wipe your outer ear of any waxy coating before use).I'm lucky to have short hair so I don't know what problems you get with long hair sticking to these (it covers this in the instructions - they recommend tying your hair back).Very comfortable, and great for sensitive ears. They block out most noise. Only loud noises are slightly audible through these - snoring partners sound like they are in another room far away (excellent), but not fully blocked out - hence the 4/5 instead of 5/5 (I'm probably being cruel here as they really do a good job).Final note - again - read the instructions fully, watch the video if you can, and enjoy your peaceful sleep.

The Sleepio silicone ear plugs are amazing. I’m really impressed with the quality and size, as well as the level of noise reduction they provide throughout the night. They’re not sticky, and they fit perfectly in my ears and don’t feel uncomfortable. I love the fact they’re reusable, and the travel case is really handy for being outside of the house, and storing them neatly on my bedside table. The instruction manual was informative as well as easy to read, and the step by step process was simple enough to follow. I would highly recommend!
