This Australian company, Soda Press, does a great job of delivering healthy Kombucha that’s loaded with probiotics: go to their website to read about their exacting process. I’m done taking probiotic pills and have been using this for over six months now. I like how I feel from this daily morning drink, and that’s the best test possible indeed. I drink it on an empty stomach and wait about a half hour before eating anything. I like that I can control the flavor, and tend to use less than recommended. So have fun and experiment. The “ginger Kombucha” is too similar in taste to the “ginger soda” so the “Mandarin Kombucha” flavor is preferred. The only problem is that Amazon often runs out of supply, so be sure to stock up, so you don’t.

I love Vernor's Ginger Ale, but they use way too much sugar and not even real ginger anymore. Time to make my own, so I searched and searched. I don't use artificial sweetners, no Stevia, no Sucralose, none of that nasty stuff which does more harm than good, and the after taste is terrible. So I found this ginger ale soda mix. It is awesome! They use 50% less real sugar than Vernor's and the taste is great. A little in a glass, a splash of lime juice and top it off with ice cold club soda and I'm a happy camper. All the bubbles without all the sugar, thank you SodaPress!!! Sort of a Canada Dry Ginger Ale taste, but only real ingredients, ginger and real sugar (just lots less of it).

I absolutely love these gingerale mixes for our sodastream. They are a little spendy, but its the only option for gingerale w/ our sodastream that I like. I don't like anything w/ fake sugar, so this is a great option.

If you are a kombucha fan, this is a delicious and affordable way to have it on hand. I like the ability to customize the ratio of mix to water for the flavor that is preferred.

I bought this for my wife, she really liked it. Only problem is, I ordered a 2 pack and only revived one, the second sleeve was empty. Tried to alert Amazon but was unable to and told to contact vendor. Went to thier site and was unable to make contact.Even though my wife liked it, and I don't drink it, it still left a bad taste in my mouth only getting half of my order and nowhere to inquire about it.I did leave 4 stars because apparently it is really good, and that is what a review should mainly be about, hopefully my problem isn't the normal.
