Good quality camera - Easy to use.
I really like this device, it's easy to use, good quality and works well.Set-up was pretty straightforward, you download the Suear app and then link the device to your phone by turning it on and selecting the button that says Go to connect. This takes you to your WiFi settings and from here you can see the Suear X8, select it and go back to the app and you will have an image on the centre of the screen. You have a button at the bottom of the screen that flips the image for left and right ear. I found the left ear image confused me and I have to use the device in right ear view for both ears and I can navigate well this way. The diameter of the probe is nice and small and I had no problems going into mine or my childen's ears with it.The scoop has a nice soft silicone sleeve on it which works well, it's very soft so you need to persist when removing wax but it gets the job done.I was very impressed with the quality of the image, ears are surprisingly hairy and I find using this device both disgusting and fascinating in equal measure! You have a photo and video button on the app screen so you can capture images or videos, but be warned, it surprises you when you are scrolling through your photos looking for something and come across your ear pictures!I have had problems with my left year ever since bursting my ear drum a few years ago and swimming regularly. I had a continuously itchy ear for 2 weeks before deciding to buy this. I could see straight away that as well as wax build-up I had a red, sore area in my ear. After a week of spraying my ear with a spray for outer ear infections and working at the wax every couple of days, the soreness is now gone and the ear is clear. It's currently impossible to get a face-to-face doctor's appointment. Over the phone, all they say is to drop olive oil in your ear, so this for me was a much better solution. I can now see right into my ear and see the eardrum which has red scar tissue on it from where I burst it - I would never have known this and I will probably always have slight problems but at least I can see why now. This worked well in my 10 and 13-year-olds ears, no problem reaching in and scooping out some excessive ear wax, they had both complained of ear aches in recent months, so I was safely able to clear blockages. If you are having any ear trouble I would highly recommend this device, it works brilliantly and you can see for yourself exactly what's going on.

Fun seeing inside your head
Pretty fun to see inside your ear but hard to use the tools and camera at the same time. Costs too much for the amount I will probably use it. I did find out my ears are totally different shapes having had surgery on one and that confirmation was interesting.

Pretty Good actually
I keep getting ear infections so wanted to see what was going on.It was very simple to set up with my phone. I held phone between my knees which I pulled up in front of me and this worked well for me. It’s obviously not doctors ear camera quality but I could see my swollen ear canal and with a bit of pulling my ear around could just see my ear drum which was a bit red.Camera wasn’t bad . My ear, which was sore anyway feels a bit sorer , but prob from me trying to get the hang of working out how to see through camera best .I actually would really recommend this .., off to play dr and check my families ears for wax now 😄

Handy to check for wax
With most surgeries no longer offering ear wax removal, it can be expensive to get this done privately. I had been suffering with a blocked ear / head for a number of weeks, used various drops to no avail. Decided to get this to see what was going on, and hopefully remove any blockage myself. It’s a great piece of kit, works well and it helped me to determine that I had a very angry looking ear! It was also quite sore when the device touched the skin inside my ear canal so I called the surgery who had me in to take a look and confirmed that I had an ear infection. It’s very tempting to use the scraper to get out any bits of wax (I did and it was quite satisfying) but you shouldn’t really put anything in your ear, let alone something that has the potential to cause damage. My biggest concern was that the silicon tip would come off in my ear as it does slide on and off very easily with your fingers. I would have hated to have to explain to the doctor that I’d been playing around in there with a gadget I got off the internet! Fortunately I didn’t have to and he was none the wiser. So as others have said, be very very careful, as you could make things worse, but to determine what’s going on, it does the job!

I really didn't think this would work seeing videos and thinking yeh alright.so I bought one to see what it was like,my daughter used it and straight away from the photo u see she fished lots of horrible stuff out and felt much more comfortable after. This has to be one of the most useful, easy to use and well worth it's money.Brilliant.

The thing you never knew you needed...
This ear wax remover was worth every penny - until I shoved it down my ear, I had no idea of what the camera might show 😳 It took a few go's to get used to it, up was down, left was right etc...but once I was used to it, it worked absolutely amazingly! I would definitely recommend this product
