I bought it for my mom and after the corse she felt different, her nails get stronger and common felling improved.

Has reduced my fatigue
Since taking these multivitamins I have noticed a real reduction in my fatigue. These multivitamins are good sources of Vitamin K, B12 and D3, all of which are vital as part of a vegan or vegetarian diet. I do take an additional source of iron and omegas, however I will be brand-loyal to these multivitamins for the foreseeable future.

Avoid this seller and order directly from the source
Avoid this seller and purchase these vitamins directly from the source. Garden of Life has been my favorite brand of vitamins for over a year and I order several products directly from their website. Their vitamins Always come sealed. I ordered from this seller on a whim because the vitamins I ordered from the website will take a while to ship from the US due to availability. Long story short, when these vitamins arrived, the box was open, there was no plastic seal on the outside of the bottle as there Always is, and the seal under the cap had been glued back on in a way that made it impossible to peal off. All of this is shown in the pictures provided. On the inside, it looks like the seller put their own piece of cotton inside before glueing the seal back on. There were 30 vitamins inside but I can’t say whether they were legitimate or safe to ingest considering the condition described. I’m returning this item and awaiting a refund.

Too expensive for no apparent benefit
These tablets didn't work for me. No problem with them but just didn't feel any benefit from taking them (as it normally happens with some other brands). Quite expensive too, so went back to my beloved Cytoplan when finished the bottle.

This is the best multivitamin supplement I've tried so far. It shows first effects just after 2 weeks. Great product!

They should do the job!
These tablets seem huge! And when you read the percentages on the back it makes you wonder why they're not half the size. There's loads of biotin! So I'm cutting mine in half instead of a whole one every day, and will take every other day. They are also pricey but I'll manage to make them last 120 days instead of 30. No adverse effects as of yet! Bought for the B12.
