I was very sceptical about trying this as reviews were all people who had received this for free... I did not but I loved it. I mixed mine with milk and was really easy to mix. Let it settle for a few minutes then shook it in my shaker. Nice and bubbly. No powder taste. Will buy again.

I chose the banana flavour and was pleasantly surprised by how yummy it was, it was like a banana milkshake. I've been mixing mine with skimmed milk and it has a nice smooth texture, no lumps. I've just ordered the chocolate mint flavour so look forward to trying that too.I can't speak to any weight loss benefits as I've only just started using it but it did leave me feeling fuller than a regular shake so fingers crossed.

I spent £13 on this pouch. to receive it and it be half empty. so the pouch lasted me just under a week to which i never noticed any change in my weight, (regular exercise and protein/veg diet)I wont be buying this product again. very disappointed

didnt like the smell and so didnt try it

good stuff but quite dearer than other meal replacements on the market
