Amazing
I loved this, I had seen an advert for one and thought I would give it a try. I was absolutely amazed when I tried it and it worked beautifully, It's quick, easy and painless. I did one leg first and showed my daughter the result, she then also jumped on to Amazon and purchased one. If in any doubt don't be try it. I find it easier than shaving and leg hairs grow back about the same time scale as if I had shaved. I will definitely be taking this on holiday with me.

Sandpaper for your legs
I'm convinced whoever makes this hasn't actually used it, because they would realise straight away it doesn't work. What this is is basically sandpaper for your legs. It does remove hairs, but it also removes skin, because it removes anything you rub it against.I used it on one leg (for science, I shaved my other leg to see if one grew back slower than the other), with a somewhat firm tough (not too rough/firm, but any lighter wouldn't remove the hair), and after a while my leg got all red, spotty, and itchy. After a day I say there was slight grazing all up my leg - I hadn't broken skin, so no bleeding, but the skin felt slightly hard/scabby to touch. The results of my science experiment were that hair from my shaved leg and my sandpapered leg grew back at the exact same rate. So, buy this if you want to remove hair in the most traumatic way possible for your skin. Otherwise I'd suggest waxing or shaving.

Confusing product
This is one of the most confusing products I've ever bought. The instructions/wording on the box is completely different to the item descripton on Amazon. No. 1 on the box instructions (see photo) says "Soak feet in warm water". No 2 on box instructions (see photo) says "Apply hair removal cream". Nowhere on the Amazon listing does it say you need to do this. No 3 says "Rubbing the sole of foot" What??? The 'Notice' on the box says "Don't leave it on your skin for too long" ?? Most importantly on the box it says "Do not use this product on the face or under the arms" but doesn't say this on the listing on Amazon. I'm returning it s I don't know what to do with it!

Works Well
I've used something similar to this in the past, but not made with the nano crystal, so I was excited to see the results. The instructions on the packaging are confusing and wrong for a start. On the box it tells you to soak your feet, apply hair removal cream and then rub the sole of your foot. It also says not to use on armpits. At first I thought I'd received a foot file instead of the hair eraser, but I think there has just been a mix-up with the packaging, so I ignored what that said and followed the instructions on the Amazon page, which also says it can be used on armpits. (reason for my 4/5 stars)My partner had some long whispy hairs on his back and shoulder area, so we decided to test the hair eraser on those first. He wet his shoulder well, and I moved the hair eraser gently in circles over the area where the hairs were. He said there was no pain, just a slight rubbing/pulling feeling. It only took me a minute or less, and I thought the results were very good, apart from the odd couple of longer hairs I initially missed. (see my before and after photo)As well as removing his hairs, it also gently exfoliated his skin, and removed quite a bit of dead skin. His skin felt silky smooth where I had used the hair eraser, I just applied some lotion to the area after I was done in case of any irritation, but so far no redness at all. This has especially come in handy for myself to remove hair from my legs around my ankle/knee area, I usually use a razor but I always end up cutting myself and making a mess, with this that won't happen at all! I'm happy with it, I can see myself using it quite a lot, and for the price it's a handy little thing to have in your bathroom.

It's OK.
It's not as good as I hoped.

Nice and easy
I like that it has comfortable way to handle. Get the hair out and the skin is smooth. Got to be really carefull to not scrub to much and to use water to avoid skin scratch. But this might be valid for all similar products that I have had before. I like it.

Terrible Experience
I used this product twice, just to be sure that I wasn’t doing anything wrong before I left this review. Both times i was left with terrible friction burns and believe me when I tell you that it really hurts once it starts to swell. When you’re using it, it feels as smooth as silk but in a few hours the burns start to show. It does remove 30-40% of the hair but definitely not worth burning your skin.

Not suitable for all areas in description
I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend. Sadly, on receipt it seems it is not suitable for under arms which is clearly stated that it is in the product description. I have also found that it is quite abrasive on my legs, but it takes a bit of rubbing to remove hair.
