This kit is really nice and gives you everything you need to make a good product. I used all venison no pork but I did add 3.5 pounds of beef fat and 2lbs of brown sugar to add a bit of sweetness. This was for a 25lb batch. I cooked it in a smoker so I didn't add the liquid smoke as the box suggested. Came out really nice. I used hickory and cherry wood for the smoke. Id definitely purchase this again!
