It is perfect for our guestroom/workout room. Very attractive and high quality. It was easy to put together with the help of another person. The cushion is very heavy and comfortable. Wereso pleased with our purchase and highly recommended it.

We ordered this for our new room because we needed seating but also wanted the bed for when our kids and families are here.I am a 71 year old woman and I put it all together except needed help to put the bed frame on the base.It came short one piece of hardware and one side had a split in the wood. I emailed the company on a Friday night and they responded first thing Monday morning. They sent the replacements right away. I am so impressed with the company! They were quick, courteous and very helpful. And I really appreciate that.Back to the futon. We had everyone here for Thanksgiving and it worked out great! It is comfortable and looks great in the room. It was easy to put together and is a sturdy piece of furniture. It has been slept on and they slept well and found it comfortable.My only complaint is that although it is easy for one person to make it into a bed, one person cannot make it back into a couch. It takes a second person to lift the back to get it started so you can transform it into a couch.

Very sturdy product. Looks great in out vacation home. Adds sleeping space, if needed and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Only negative is how long it takes to put together.

assembly was VERY DIFFICULT--even for the experienced carpenter i hired--but once it was together...it was the most comfortable...sturdy and wonderful futon/couch i have experienced. i had to leave it behind when i left old home(would have cost more to move than it cost me)...but i will buy again when i can...as it was well worth it.

I love, love this futon. It is sturdy and made of good material. Fits perfectly in my den. Very functional. A great buy.
