Very nice addition to night-time hot drinks.Truth be told, I initially bought this in the hope that cinnamon is a cat deterrent; that mission failed, but later succeeded thanks to Pestbye cat repellent gadgets. So the delights of cinnamon is an accidental but pleasant discovery! Very finely ground.

I bought this not to use in cooking but to put around my plants to deter ants. It really works well and I am sure it would work fine for cooking too. The packet size is a great size for the purpose and I still have plenty left. It has a strong smell as you would expect so a product I would recommend.
