Update: I bought a second anklet. The doctor silver chain. So far it's slightly more sturdy, no signs of breaking and no tarnishing. Wore it hiking and swimming and showering and daily everyday wear for over a week now and it's still shiny and good condition. I'm glad I gave it another chance and I hope this one holds up well. I would have appreciated a reply of sorts from the seller about my first one being defective.I wore this all day at the beach, just sitting gently in the water. No issues with tarnish. I wore it for 3 days over vacation. Very lovely and dainty. Then on the 4th day it broke apart while I was walking. It was not too tight or anything.

Love this brand! Bought in both gold and silver. Will say to try and avoid wearing it in water. The first one I bought I wore in the shower, and it broke within just a couple weeks. With the second one I purchased, I take it off before showering and it has lasted much longer than the first

unfortunately, the excess chain got caught and my anklet broke :( but it was surprisingly strong for the material to be so cheap. i showered with it on, wore high top shoes and knee high boots with no problem!

I bought this for Christmas for my daughter and it broke the very first time she put it on. Okay, no big deal, did a replacement on Amazon and they sent me a new one, well… now that one has broken. She wore it twice. It was literally on her ankle one second and then popped off the next. Return window is closed so there’s nothing I can do about it now. Waste of money.

I have always been someone who wears one of these, but I'm so hard on jewelry, it's not worth paying top dollar. This has been one of the best ones I bought off of Amazon and definitely recommend. It's dainty but surprisingly durable. I have worn this for a month now with no issues. The only time it has turned me green is when I was wearing athletic socks and sweating, which is to be expected. But it does not turn you green due to showering or pools as I never take mine off for anything.

Cute but cheap quality. I wore this in the summer on a 110 degree day and it turned my skin green. Unfortunately did not take long for it to break. The sizing is nice though, you can adjust the fit with the clasp (just like necklaces).
