This Arm Exerciser works great for my needs. During COVID-19, I have to fit in exercise when I can, and having this easy-to-use piece of gear in my home makes it readily accessible for when I have short breaks or need to blow off steam. This device has different levels of hydraulic resistance, and the step-less knob adjusts faster than shifting plates and repositioning pins. I can target my biceps and triceps, importantly, safety. It is built tough and should last for years to come. Highly recommend!

This machine is not a substitute for real iron & workout machines but it is the perfect accessory. Ever since adding this to my workout routine of bike riding, curls, bench-pressing & push ups I've noticed much more definition in my arms & upper body. Not only is it a great accessory to my workout routine but on my blah days(you know those days where you really just don't feel like taking an hour to workout for whatever reason) this comes in great handy because even though you may not feel like doing a full hour workout ,it's nothing to do a few reps of these in a few minutes just to keep your tone & definition on point. And now the best part I've been using this for about 5 months & I myself along with others have noticed I've lost about 3 inches off my stomach. Of course i eat a lot healthier ( I've been eating healthier for about 3 years) but i'm almost sure this little magic machine has contributed to my reduction of stomach fat.

Pretty good for working out at home and certainly easy enough to use and a good choice if you only have 60 seconds for a quick workout. I originally bought it to get a quick work out at the office on breaks, but it makes me feel so stupid and embarrassed when i use it. Would much rather have someone see me hit myself in the crotch with a resistance band by mistake then using this thing appropriately. Might be my own self-image problem though.

Pretty good. The stiffness varies while you flex it in a way I don't like too much, but other than that it is fine. It has a wide range of settings, and can be set to a really stiff setting.

Like a lot of people have said, this thing is powerful. But, after using it for about two weeks, I have visible muscle gain in my shoulders that is obvious. I am 64 years old and work out 4 times a week and my workouts are intense. This thing is a welcomed addition to my workout. If you are not strong, don't get this. But if you are, I think you will like it. I hope this helps.

Nowhere does the description or in/on box and instructions say anything about the relationship between 22-330 lbs. is related on the screw/knob from 2-22. I can only guess and I have no easy to measure them. On top of everything, the screw/knob is so tight that to not sprain my fingers that I need a 16" Tongue & Groove Straight Jaw Pliers or larger. The jaws have to be as long as possible to turn a little bit at a time to clear some of the hardware. I fortunately had one from years ago that I bought for auto and plumbing work. I now use it for food jars that I can't open otherwise. GOOD LUCK!
