Ultra Glow - Pro-Retractable Brush

As described, excellent!

Good make up brush I use it with my ultra glow powder

The best brush ain't have ever had though I did have a similar one by ultra glow in the 80's too !

I had one of these for many years ,but needed to replace due to shedding (Not bad for something that I have had and washed for 15 years). So ordered a new one which is no way is as good as the old one.The retractable unit is difficult to operate as it keeps getting stuck.Therefore not allowing you to retract to put the lid back on. No where near as good as the my original product fromUltraglow. Very disappointed ,particularly as I decided to pay more for a brand that I trusted.

My recent brush replaced a lovely Ultra Glow brush that I have used along with the loose Ultra Glow Brusher since the 80's.However it was not doing it's job and on washing it in gentle body shop soap that I use as I have sensitive skin and I wash all my make brushes with this and my powder puffs.On washing it black dye poured from it and on drying it off it had an awful smell.I sent an email to Ultra glow letting them know and I followed it up with another email with a photo of both brushes .This was weeks ago and no reply.I phoned them and this probably multi million pound company said their email was not working.Someone was to get in touch and the dye saga was odd to him.No one got back and I call again and got a girl covering for the chap saying they had been dyed at great cost and someone would call me.No one did so I call again and I was asked to return the brush to them. I have the posting receipt which cost £2 80I had to call again to be told it was the soap I used but they were sending me a cheque and I would receive it in 2 days.That was 10 days ago. Shocking Customer service
