The medicine seems to work okay, but the advert said 90 caplets. In fact, the container had only 30 pills.

I’ve been getting much better sleep and have eased my anxiety. Also, it helps that you can feel the calming effects almost instantly. If taken in the daytime, it can make you slightly sleepy yet you will feel a pretty elevated level of tranquility.

Helps me sleep without the grog and side effects of a sleeping pill.

I bought it for the above purpose and it does not work for me.Disappointed to say the least!

I haven’t slept well for years. After a few days, I slept through the night and felt wonderful when I awoke. No brain fog. It was suggested by my acupuncturist that I take 3 pills an evening. 90 days lasted 45 days. I don’t need to take them everyday now, but do so several times a week.

It is a great sleep and relaxation aid that is natural. My acupuncturist recommended for me to take it and it helps me sleep 8 hours. I am going to buy more... as it is non habit forming,
