Quality Materials + Great Service
I purchased this as a christmas present for myself in an effort to organize my garage. Unfortunatly The box was severely damaged in transit. like fully ripped open and parts had fallen out, was kind of suprised it was actually delivered, and if i had not been at work when FedEx came i would have denied the shipment. I was actutally quite impressed that with even extensive shipping damage, the product was still in great condition. only a small knick in the paint, no actual structure damage to any of the parts that made it to me. The easiy to read and well written asembly instructions came with a comprehensive parts list and an email for customer support as well as a phone number. I sent an email with pictures of the shiping damage that night and they responded very promptly. I missed it because it got sorted into my promotions folder in my email, so just after christmas day called the support number. Someone was there to help me with no hold time and resent the email with options for fixing the issue. within a week they had sent me replacement parts for everything that was damaged the first go around. No cost to me and no hastle. Great Service that is unfortunatly becoming rare these days.

Great product!!
Bought 2 of these racks. Both arrived in separate Amazon shipping boxes which contained one unit of these racks in the manufacturers box. One of the inner/manufacturer boxes had clearly opened. The end was torn off the inner box itself. The outer amazon box was pristine so someone literally boxed an opened item and shipped it out to me. The open box had numerous missing and broken pieces. Amazon shipped out a replacement but it also had damaged plastic end pieces. Not that big a deal, but I did contact the manufacturer and after they verified my order, they promptly sent out a pack of enough of the various end caps and hardware to take care of my issues. Bora customer service(Affinity) was simply prompt and superb! Not something I take lightly in the world we live in today. Excellent experience with Affinity and Bora. Shame on Amazon for shipping out an obviously used/damaged/returned product. Do better.

First impressions and seconds
These were just delivered tonight, and the instructions provide some information that I could not find reading through the instructions or comments. Maybe someone will find these useful, and maybe I'll remember to come back and edit this with an actual review once I've had some time with it- Mounting hardware is not provided, as mentioned. For mounting on concrete they spec that you need 1/4 inch anchor bolts, with a minimum length of 3 inches. Three per post, or 6 per box of shelved you purchase.- The instructions mention mounting outdoors, it doesn't apply to my use case, but since it seems to be a common question the short answer is yes you can, but you need to build some cover to protect it from the worse of the elements.- otherwise the finish seems to be well done, no obvious blemishes.Second impressions: Installed these and I have some updates.- there are two hole sizes, 3 for the mounting bolts and 6 for the stops for the shelves. The mounting bolts are 1/4 inch. The instructions recommended 1/4 inch bolts, but with my lack of skills drilling holes in concrete to precise measurements I found that reaming them to be larger gave me the play needed to get them mounted.- The posts were all slightly different lengths. This can result in missaligned shelves, but fortunately the bottom screw hole and mounting holes were aligned so just making sure that I measured everything from the bottom (and kept them oriented correctly) things worked out.

A misaligned bar
This is the second of these Bora wood/lumber storage racks that I have purchased. They are quite sturdy and hold a good amount of wood without bending or flexing. The installation is straightforward once you figure out the proper order of attaching everything to the wall and the vertical support bar. I bought and used longer stainless steel screws (actually 3" metal screws, I believe) as I wanted a very sturdy install into to 2" x 4"s. This second rack did have a manufacturing quality issue. The hole in 1 of the 12 horizontal shelf bars was not cut correctly apparently, and did not sit level when placed on the vertical bar. It sat in a slightly downward position. I did not notice this until almost the end of my installation and decided not to disassemble and return the entire rack. Instead, I will use this bar in the top position for only relatively light items. The slant is concerning and looks odd, but is not enough to cause stored items to fall off.

Really helps keep my workspace organized
This rack is a fantastic product that has helped me to keep my workspace organized and clutter-free. I purchased this rack for my garage, where I store a lot of lumber and other building materials. The rack is incredibly sturdy and well-made, with a durable metal construction that can support a lot of weight. It has six levels, which provide ample space for storing long pieces of lumber, such as 2x4s and plywood sheets. One of the things I appreciate most about this rack is that it mounts to the wall, which saves a lot of floor space in my garage. It was easy to install, and the mounting hardware is included with the product.Since I've started using the Bora Wood Organizer and Lumber Storage Metal Rack, I've noticed a significant improvement in the organization of my workspace. It has made it much easier to find the materials I need for my projects, and it has freed up a lot of space in my garage.Overall, I would highly recommend the Bora Wood Organizer and Lumber Storage Metal Rack to anyone who needs a durable and reliable solution for organizing their lumber and building materials. It is well-made, easy to install, and has made a significant difference in the organization of my workspace.

Perfect if you have all the parts
Loved this rack, super easy to install, holds a ton, and seems very sturdy. However, mine arrived missing all the bumpers and screws, it had clearly been opened. I contacted bora and they quickly shipped me the pack of small parts I needed.
