Prevent heat exhaustion
I like this version of the original coconut water, it's been nasty hot ( heat index of 110 + ). I maintain 25 acres the insane amount of electrolytes I lose in 3 hours is incredibly high, I keep a 65 Quart RTIC cooler full of these for the intense heat. Makes cool down time a lot fast ( hydration break ) without the nasty taste found in the artificial colored a flavored electrolyte drinks. 2 at a time keep me from heat exhaustion an its mighty tasty. There is a slight increase of sugar versus the original but if your sweating your *ss off it won't matter. Buy this prevent dehydration & the heat from taking a toll on your body!
