Was working like it should, for about 6 - 7 months , I just try to use it again, can’t even turn it on, and it is fully charged, not recorded, try to find something else better.

I was concerned that this would be too easy to spot as a fake pen but I sure was wrong. Even on close inspection it would be hard to determine that this was actually a video device. The operation is super easy and the video quality is wonderful. The video is sharp and the audio is clear. I am more than thrilled with this iSmartPen Pro. Shipping was very fast and it came safely packaged. And on top of all that it actually functions as a pen! Top notch item. I highly recommend it.

I recently got this and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the video recording! Such an everday, inconspicuous device and it's capable of great sound and video. I love how easy it is to work with. Just a simple 2-second hold on the button and it starts recording. It also writes nicely as a pen. The packaging is great too, and it comes with simple and clear instructions. If you happen to have any further questions, the seller responds quickly!

I just received my pen, and I’m enjoying it. The quick reference guide helped me to get the pen charged and running in no time. The pen has good footage and good audio. Also worth noting is that they have a great support team that is super helpful with resolving issues or answering questions that one may have. I would definitely recommend this pen to others.

Worked as expected as picture and the sound quality was excellent, Memory and free ink refills were a plus as an added function. Customer service was also a plus in which any issues with the product were quickly addressed. It's highly recommended at this price point.

I'm thoroughly impressed with my iSmartPen! Right from opening the package, it was clear that I made a good purchase. The pen looked just as cool as the picture and functioned great, I personally found the audio most useful for me. The Clear directions made the setup and use a breeze too. I couldn't ask for anything else with the product, iSmartPens really gives you the complete setup!

The pen does not insert into the USB with the A side up (pocket clip facing down) as it is suppose to. The only way it goes in is side B up so you can't see the charge status light. The written directions I received with the pen are incomplete and a joke but I'm not laughing. They do not provide information on the date and time set up or detailed information on anything else. The software installed on the pen is not user friendly and the pictures on their website differ from the pen I actually have. What is going on? You've wasted my time people! I gave it one star because it did get delivered but it's going back today.

The only thing that it took me a while to get used to, was the on/ off; besides that, great resolution.Fits perfect in a pocket. Just make sure you aligned first in front of a mirror.
