Gorpets Cuddle Soft Daddy Octopus Dog Toy, 25-inch(Assorted colors)

Bought the "mummy" octopus to replace a "baby" octopus that my dog (small terrier, Lakeland) had destroyed previously. This mid-sized toy was perhaps a little large for my dog, the octupus "feet" dragging on the ground as she carried it around. Looked quite amusing. A better choice would have been the "baby" octopus. However, much fun was had regardless, although sad to report that "mummy" octopus is no more, the terrier won the day and de-squeaked the toy within a few days. Nothing is terrier proof unfortunately. Still, the octupus is highly recommended, containing a main squeaker (its "heart") as well as four different squeakers in the octopus "legs".

A good value, dog toy.

Unfortunately ‘ limbs’ can come off if pets tug and play or if pet a chewer so not durable or sturdy

My dog absolutely loves these octopus toys - he hasn’t been without one for 11 years. Every night he goes and gets at least one of them to take to bed. I don’t know what it is about them he loves so much but he never pulls the stuffing out them like he does with every other toy he’s ever had!

My akita got the blue large octopus for her birthday and was thrilled with it. Good quality and definitely value for money.

My tiny chihuahua sees this as a worthy opponent!

We have 3 dogs and we wanted an inexpensive toy that they all could play with. This fitted the bill (or the mouth) perfectly; all 3 dogs play with it, sometimes singly, sometimes all together, and it still has its legs. It is just the right size and has 8 legs with squeakers in 4 of them, the other 4 legs have rustly material in them, and there is another squeaker in the head so all the dogs can get a good hold on it to play tug. The dogs did manage to get the stuffing out of the head, though, so less 1* for that, otherwise I am very happy with this toy from Gorpets. Rated 4 *Update - the old toy eventually wore out so I ordered another. It arrived very quickly and I was pleased with it at first, the head squeaker has changed to a honker (like a goose) and is slightly quieter. However, the dogs managed to destroy this toy in less than 24 hours. Legs pulled off and the head stuffing removed. I was so disappointed, how can the quality have deteriorated so much? I would not recommend this toy now - it is a total waste of money. Avoid.

My pup loved the baby octopus and we have been very pleased with it as a toy for her, it has been very durable and a favorite play toy. We decided to buy the Mummy octopus as puppy is bigger now and the baby octopus is looking a bit tired, some of the little squeakers have been chewed and no longer squeak (to be expected after many play times). Unfortunately we are disappointed with this bigger octopus, puppy has not played rough with it or chewed it as she is still getting used to it (its much bigger and has a different squeak) but I'm sure she would have loved with time). She has only had it for 2 days. Despite this, as you can see from the picture its tenacle has come off and another is hanging by a thread. I have compared the two and generally the stitching on the bigger one is poor. We were also expecting a different colour.

Il pupazzo è bello ed è stato apprezzato dal mio cane, peccato che sia arrivata una tartaruga invece che un polpo... ho deciso di non fare il reso perchè ovviamente è piaciuto lo stesso.
