Fantastic comfort for runners and general walking, I definitely recommend this product to anyone with back pains and sensitive feet:)

Nothing dramatically special about these insoles although I can't fault them either. I bought them for my running shoes as they lacked cushioning but the insoles turned out to be not that noticeable - only made shoe heavier... If you looking for more cushioning for your running shoes - just buy a decent pair of shoes!

I am 82 and have fallen arches, these insoles give wonderful support and relief.

Avoid if you have low arches and over pronate. These did more harm than good. Gave them 3 runs to make sure and during the 3rd and final run I took them out and finished with no insoles as the discomfort from that was still the better option.

I was recommended these for when I do Zumba to help with the impact on my knees and they really work. Have put them in all my trsiners
