After using 8 months one side of headphone stopped working. In e- commerce site they are writing they providing one year of warranty but unable to claim the warranty. Not getting support from customer service only they are saying sent mail to us but response not received of mail.

Struggle with the initial setup:We followed the initial setup instructions as received with the product. Still, we struggled a bit. Two names were shown for Bluetooth Pairing: "103 Pro BLE" and "Rockerz 103 Pro". As soon as the first name showed up, we tapped on it to pair. It paired fine. However, it didn't connect with the earphone neckband device automatically. Tapping on the Connect button in the media device's Bluetooth GUI showed a prompt that an app is needed. So we installed the "Boat Heareables" app. It did not support this device. Frustrated, we looked up YouTube but had not much help. So we unpaired the device and started over again. This time noticed the other name offered for pairing. Tapping on that other name for pairing succeeded and the device was also connected. No need for any app. I wish the instruction manual mentioned this properly.Sound quality:The sound is of average quality. May be, the best one can get for this price. The band length is a bit excess, causing the band to hang lower around neck for comfort. Also, while using there's a sharp fold of the cord from the end of the band going to the ears each side.
