Fast Soup
It was so delicious. I have ordered it again.

I like
I like this more than Bear Creek. You do have to simmer it to cook the broccoli. I was out of regular milk so I used coconut milk which is more like light cream. I do add shredded cheddar as well. Comes out almost as good as Panera for less than half the price. Carrot matchsticks also would be good but you will need to cook them for 3 minutes in the microwave, I eat this frequently in the cool months and even makes a good breakfast.

Good But Chewy Bits of Broccoli
Mellow, cheesy soup with hint of broccoli but has some odd texture (chewy) bits that detract from a pleasant eating experience. We prefer Bear Creek's brand on this soup, no mystery bits and does not call for milk.

Still deciding
We purchased two pouches of soup mix to try. The soup was very easy to make. The only drawback seemed to be the amount of broccoli in the soup. Definitely going to make the second pouch!
