This tool is just great. The quail eggs are wonderful but they don't break like regular egss and they re so small and brittle. It's a "must get" to remove the challenge and enjoy the benefits of your quail eggs.I keep my tool right in the fridge in the same container as the eggs. Best investment in a long time and worth every penny.

When I received the first gift of quail eggs I hard-boiled them, and they were adorable, but they were still hard-boiled eggs that I don’t really like that much. When the second bunch arrived the question was how to get the egg out of the shell to fry or poach. I found a video on line and learned about quail egg scissors (who knew?), bought these because they would be delivered the next day, and the rest is history: these worked perfectly on my first try, and on every egg thereafter (I did 20 on my first outing). DO place the hole over the FAT end of the egg, and DO wipe the cutting blade on a paper towel every so often to remove albumen build-up.

quail eggs are delicious and adorable but those cute little nuggets suck cracking them open. finally bought these after nearly a year. I wish I had not waited so long and saved time on less swearing lol

I thought quail egg scissors were a silly idea until I finally decided to give these a try. Much easier to crack through the eggs without getting shell in your bowl. 10/10 do not hesitate to get some quail egg scissors

After writing this review, the company contacted me and were insistent on refunding my money...which I finally accepted.This product is not the fault of this company. They are the exact same cheap scissors being sold by almost everyone...All made in China!Original review: You get what you pay for. Cheaply made. They work for now til I can get better. Hand wash only. Handles warp in the dishwasher and then the blades don’t line up right. Good thing I bought two!
