Eastpak Provider Backpack, 44 cm, 33 L, Black

I've used this bag a lot since purchase and it still feels as sturdy and durable as the day I got it.Mine came with a 30 year guarantee, after having it for a while I can understand why.Only minor thing to point out is that the bag is big, quite a bit bigger than expected.

I bought this bag for my son, who had started secondary school using a standard eastpak rucksack. Very quickly, he found with laptop, multiple folders, pencil case, geometry set etc, he couldn’t actually close the bag and it was incredibly uncomfortable to carry. I bought this one hoping it’d be better and it is. It holds all his stuff very comfortably, and the side straps pull the bag taut so it’s easier to carry. Only time will tell how durable it is, but we’ve all been using Eastpak bags for years and they’ve never let us down yet!

Good bag, but wearing for a long time will really hurt your shoulders, the textured inside of the straps is like sandpaper

Eastpak do very good quality products and this is a masterpiece.

I bought this bag for work. It’s very large in capacity and leaves you never wanting storage or searching for you items. It has two main body zips and one smaller at the front. The compartments allow easy access to everything you need, with ties on the sides to compress the bag when not full or just to slim the profile. My 13” Mac fitted great and could hold several folders. I particularly liked the small pocket on the front (or very back as you walk). It was great for all the usual wallet, phone, keys etc when cycling.Despite this being 5 stars, I didn’t keep or use the bag, as I was after a hold-all style for a large lunch bag. The main compartment was ample, however I felt that the middle compartment would get neglected and decided to return the item. This would suit a train commuter/cyclist due to the ties on the side, sturdy fit and comfort. While testing the bag, I found that no matter how many items I loaded, the comfort was still there and the straps have a non slip material down the inner Center. My summary is that this is a great bag, and would suit anyone from college, university and working lifestyle. Due to the design, this would even be a great over night bag, for people working night shifts and just want some food, laptop/tablet and a change of clothes with them.

Literally can't find a fault.Resistant to wear (as all Eastpaks I've had so far, seeing as I still have all of them)Waterproof (within reason, i.e.: 30min walks under medium to heavy rain).Easy to clean (easy to clean the outside with a wet towel - or wash it all by hand or machine if the inside is bad, too).Perfect size (it has massive amounts of space when extended and I can shrink it to near flatness if mostly empty).Good organization (with all the little pockets in the front pocket and the lack of these in the other two pockets I can fit a mix of big and tiny things in the backpack without losing/damaging any).Comfortable (because of the depth control, the weight is always centered close to the body and things don't move around when walking).It also looks good.There are plenty other good things about this bag, but these are the main ones. I definitely recommend this to anyone.[UPDATE: After a full 3 years of heavy daily use (to carry everything and anything, from a laptop to groceries and going through camping gear) it still looks brand new. As in, not a single crease or scuff mark. Just-out-of-the-box new. As someone who doesn't really care about where my backpack rests (in a shopping cart, on the ground, hanging from a tree,...) this is pretty amazing. Sturdiest backpack I ever owned.]

The size was a bit bigger than expected and the material was quite raft, very hard so not sure how the shoulders straps meant to molde with your shoulders as advertised. The material look sturdy but as said very hard if you are planning to fit in one of the rynair and Easyjet size boxes maybe you should fit it full as it will not fit in their boxes and due to the strong material you might not be able to get it in. I returned mine and keep searching for the perfect back!

Such an incredible backpack. I was looking for something to take my laptop with me and this suits so well!
