Awesome
Product is awesome, seller took a little while to ship it out but I assume because I ordered during the holidays that was the reason. All in all 10 out of 10 recommended

Crazy bright
I love this thing. It's incredibly bright. Batteries are easily replaceable. I bought the wrong model initially and didn't realize I needed this model for metal railed guns.I have this mounted on a P226RX legion with red dot. Obviously it functions as a light but it also acts as an excellent compensator, adding weight to the front end. You can pretty much pull the trigger as fast as you want, and the added weight helps bring you back on target in an instant. Certainly a good feature for follow up shots if you don't have a threaded barrel to add a real compensator. That being said, I'm a little disappointed at the lack of functionality. Mainly without the inclusion of a strobe feature. You can rotate the switch to keep the light on, or you can finger the switch inwards for a brief flash. But there's no inwards finger motion or strobe feature and pushing the controll forward with the tip of your finger is painful and awkward. It definitely takes a hit in user friendliness for this, being that you're virtually required to use two hands. One to hold the pistol and the other to operate the light. Meaning, if you lose a hand s functionality, you're resorting to very awkward and delayed movements. And when you need a light, it's already dark and unnerving. You'll either not have the light as fast as you may need it or not be able to turn it off as fast to avoid being identified/having your position compromised.Long story short, great device; don't lose your hands.

Great mount
Great picatinny mount. Do not waste your time or money on an Alpha model, $300 for a flashlight that rattles. Bravo model has a solid mount.

Durable light with spare batteries
You can get the light and subscribe and save the batteries separately. Or you can get this and get spare batteries in a nice storage container; as you use the batteries just refill the ready-use container with the subscribe and save surefire batteries.

Rugged sunlight clearly identifies any threat
Multiple switch’s that activate up or down allows you to easily control when the extremely bright light is brought to bear. In the dreadful event that you find yourself in CQB the light will make contact before your muzzle and prevent coming out of battery and is robust enough to survive the blast. When you consider it life saving equipment the price is right, and the included battery storage boxes are a brilliant solution to a perennial problem.

New production models NOT compatible with FN 509 (M/C/T).
So, apparently the older models had 4 pins in the battery cover that allows a spacer to be removed (from googling). The one I ordered in 2022 does not have these pins, the battery cover looks more or less one piece (where the ones with the 4 pins had what appeared to be a cap piece). Well, that was inadvertently a "hack" that was the only way to get the light to properly fit on a FN 509. Now that the newer cover is made as one piece, this isn't possible, so don't bother getting this like for the FN 509 UNLESS you are ok with an "unlocked" picatinny fit. (Otherwise your only other option is to shave down the plastic which butts up against the trigger guard) What this means is only the side rails are clamped, but there is nothing that goes into the picatinny grooves to lock it in place, so with enough force, the light will slide off. I haven't shot the gun with this setup but I'm fairly sure the light will come flying off after one or more shots. What this also means is you cannot use surefire x300U based holsters as the light will just come off when you unholster the weapon. You have been warned.

This light does not disappoint!
Decided to go with this based on research around quality, durability, and brightness. That it came with several extras sets of batteries was a nice value add since most retail units do not. If I haven’t mentioned it yet, this light is ridiculously bright, like damage your eyesight of you look directly at it bright, but that’s the point of using it at whatever you’re aiming your weapon at. Aesthetically, took a little getting used to the light sticking out beyond the end of the barrel because I like the flush look. In the end, I wanted a light with a brighter been thrown further. I also feel like having a larger light acts as a mild compensator, reducing recoil a little.
