Very comfortable and useful during casual walking or running

It’s a good product but as you run and sweat it keeps falling down. Regret buying it.

I’m a long distance runner and this band is really great- lighter weight than most of those plastic ones. The band isn’t too tight around the arm and keeps everything secure. I’m the kind of person who still has their iPod!!! So I use one pouch for my iPhone and the other for my iPod. It held up great on a 7 mile run.Def recommend!

I got this to hold my phone while I worked outside. It does this well. It's easy to slide my phone into and remove it from the pouch.

I use this for when I'm walking outside to count my steps I put my cell phone inside and hook it to my arm I love it very convenient very comfortable very easy to use

I am 6'1, 68 years old, and gave a normal arm. This strap fits my upper arm and bicep comfortably and would work even if I were more buff. So the designer actually tried this out on people of various sizes before going ahead with production. Thank you. The price point is very low.I bought another brand of something similar to this as a trial and it was too small for my upper arm, which is ridiculous, because it would only require about 2" more strap to work, which would not affect its use on a woman or a child. I believe most of these products were designed assuming fit young women with smaller arms would wear them. Too bad. I returned that one.

I recommend this product as it is excellent and convenient during exercise.
