I'm 5'4" and 220 lbs and I love cycling!!! These shorts were good for my height and weight (49" hips, 41" waist) The only reason I'm returning them is because i ordered 4 pair and the others I tried were just the tiniest bit comfier. These rubbed a tiny bit pulling them on and off--they weren't HARD to get on, but they didn't come right on super easily (although for bike shorts that might be a red flag if they did since you don't want them to slide down). If these were in a store though in person or if they were my only option I looked at or tried I would have kept them. They are cute, they stay on nice, and they have a string in the waistband so you could tie it if they're on the big side in your waist. Great product!

I got into riding my bike a few months ago and was wearing normal yoga pants. I had no idea the difference padded cycling shorts would make. I'm doing 20 to 40 mi any given day and these shorts are miraculous. I am not at all sore anymore. I don't know how I ever rode my bike without them! They are pretty enough to wear alone but I often wear them with tights over top just for sun coverage. I'm glad I made this purchase.

I have only tried 1-2 other brands of padded bike shorts and this one had the best coverage for my behind.I also have chronic butt pain (piriformis syndrome) and these shorts actually would be helpful for normal activities like sitting down.I don’t know if it’s a US company or not but at least they have a physical US space.One thing that was a little disconcerting was that when I put on the pants, I heard fibers breaking when I tried XL. I bought XXL which still had some cracking sounds but a lot less. The pants though still fit. The top part is not as elastic as expected. XL and XXL both fit me since they are form fitting, but I’ll update my review if I notice a change in the material.The rubber grip at the thighs are comfortable especially compared to the other brand.I also like that there are two side pockets and a zippered back pocket.For washing, I machine wash and hand dry.

I ordered one pair that is great. I'm currently 5'4" and 180lbs and went for the XL. Then I ordered a 2XL and the band around the bottom of the legs was different, more constraining but ok enough to keep. So I ordered two more pairs of the XL in different colors. In one, the band around the bottom of the legs was intolerable and very different than my first pair. In the second one, they sent me a XS instead of an XL (way to make my day - I wish!). When I exchanged, they send the XL but in the wrong color. Again, legs were different than my original pair. Who is doing their packing??? Or quality control???

New cyclist here! These shorts fit great! Snug on the thighs with the grippies underneath for the thigh band. These shorts won’t move. Great compression on the waist without feeling like the life is being sucked out of me. I’m 5’5, 140lbs and ordered a medium which is my usual size. Would recommend!
