Adam HallStands SMS 17 SET 1 - Music Stand with LED Light

On the Ah website it states that for SMS 17 1 "Max. height 1473 mm" which is only very slightly shorter than Ah's Tall Gravity NS ORC 2 L at "Max. height 1500 mm (lower desk edge)".I did purchase the SMS 17 1 - but at least my version - I have not been able to extend to anywhere near 147cm. The tallest I can reach is 127cm - not sure why the difference of 20cm from stated max height?If my version was able to reach 135-145cm that would have been close enough to perfect.I'll need to look at Ah's Tall Gravity NX ORC 2 L and see if it can reach at least 145cm.Overall the SMS 17 1 - seems solid enough - though the clamp attachments are plastic.Although, not able to reach a comfortable height for me for music practice while standing - I'll probably still keep this stand as a travel stand - as it does fold down to fit into a car. Whereas from what I can gather on-line the taller stands seem to be permanent in situ stands.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment it as so many uses .suffering from arthritis in my neck its very useful to put a book on and read .Another use could be to paint pictures on at home its far to heavy to lug about but it can be lifted with one hand .I am so glad I ordered this.Then what it was sold for a music stand its very stable and would be perfect for a musician .

Bought this for my husband as he struggles to read music when it becomes dusk in our spare roo.Fabulous as has good lights so reading is easy now .very sturdy. Much better than last one he had

Great stand strong and easy to use

So happy with this. The days of tussling with flimsy stands which seem determined to fall over, trap your fingers and refuse to open are over. This is so solid, easy to put together, and the lights are great. Excellent buy.

Really pleased with the build of this stand, it gets thrown in the back of the car for gigs, jam nights etc but remains solid.10/10The lights are good as well but I don't really use them

Fist class solid stand. Don't buy cheaper versions, buy this one.

perfect for my husband who is in a band.The lights help him see the words as high eyesight is failing! Very sturdy - well worth the money
