I purchased this book as a gift for three different finicky foodies in my life and each of them gave me top reviews. I actually bought a copy for myself too after my friends gave me such high reviews. The author is learned in the subject and shares both technical as well as anecdotal cultural information that really helps put the Mediterranean diet into context. Truly great !!

It's healthy and the recipes are so delicious. If you are new to the diet, this book starts off with 3 chapters that discusses the diet. Then there are a hundred recipes that ranges from breakfast to desserts. There is also a 28 day meal plan as well as a shopping list towards the back. My favorite recipe is the peanut butter banana Greek yogurt.

Looks like the publisher did not do a full audit of the table of contents, meal plan and index. Found several instances where the page number listed is not correct and it seems the shopping list is dropped from this edition even though its mentioned on the cover still. Can not find it anywhere in the 2023 edition.

I had high hopes for this book, unfortunately when searching the index, none of the page numbers matched the actual recipes in the book. With no clear classification of type of recipe...trying to find what you want was impossible. The recipes, which were without any pictures, were totally random and not user friendly at all. Placement made no sense. You would be better off making your own keto cookbook from printable recipes off the web.0 out of 10, do not recommend.

I bought this book because I wanted to start incorporating more healthy keto style meals into my weekly dinner schedule. I realize right away that there were no pictures of the food inside the book, and the quality of the recipes were not up to par at least for our family. Would not purchase again for the price. 2/10 recommend

This cookbook was a show I bought for my mother and a few companions who were facilitating a housewarming party. Both of them habitually utilize the cookbook and confirm for its astonishing suppers. It's my favorite cookbook, and I at long last bought one for myself after seeing what they've created.
