I started a return of this product, thinking it wasn't working. I realized another medication was the reason I had insomnia. Once I stopped taking the other medication, I started getting the best sleep I've had in a long time taking Restorez. I typically fall asleep without issue, but struggle to stay asleep and fall back asleep once awake. This makes me drowsy all night, which allows me to fall back asleep after waking, but I'm awake and refreshed in the morning. I've tried about 9 OTC sleep aids and so far this is without question the most effective.

GABA can have the opposite effect for some people. I tried taking this for 2 weeks and they were the Worst weeks of sleep I'd had in a long time and my sleep is very light normally. I stopped taking it and slept Much better... Well normal

Have taken it 3 times. It doesn’t work. It after midnight I took as directed. Gave me a headache and no sleep all 3 nights.

I always have difficulty sleeping and these products help me relax but don't really help me sleep.
