I have been looking for a pepper grinder for years. One that is inexpensive, easy to use and reliable. This is the one. It is a good size, VERY easy to use and with a an easy and small adjustment to the top screw, you can make it grind from very fine to quite course. And a really great prce too. I highly recommend this.

I do a lot of cooking at home and have been in need of a new pepper mill for a while...I have had a few over the years and have always found the traditional wooden type to be the best, by far, from a point of view of performance and also the appearance. I have taken a few pics and they show the amount of pepper dispensed from one complete revolution of the handle and also the coarseness of the grind. Things I like about this pepper mill are;1/ It is really easy to turn.2/ It is quite a coarse grind, although you can have a finer grind by tightening the thumb screw at the top.3/ It takes quite a lot of pepper corns so does not require constant refilling.4/ I like the traditional wooden look to it.6/ It was not overly priced.I consider it to be a good practical pepper mill, it seems to be of a solid construction however it remains to be seen if it will stand the test of time. I am initially happy with my purchase and can recommend it.

Looks good, easy to use, nice wood, lasted for ages.

This is the traditional design, as one sees being used in restaurants, it does its job with no problems, what more could one ask for, excellent.

This pepper mill stopped grinding before it was empty. I topped it up when i purchased it but died before it was empty.Worked well at firstI was using Tesco pepper corns so nothing weird. Missed the return window.Very poor

Simple and effective, grinds perfectly

Bit of a disappointment as this grinder didn't grind pepper as finely as I would like consistently, despite adjusting g as per instructions. Hot surprises in some dishes cooked as course particles stuck in your teeth. Makes an attractive ornament now.

Easy to handle,what it was designed for.

The quality if the item seems sturdy and performs well. I can easily grip while using it. The adjustment knob is easy to operate. The appearance is classic!

Ottimo macinapepe (e altre spezie), davvero bello, solido, capiente e funzionale. Arrivato in un giorno ben imballato. L'uso è facilissimo: basta svitare il cappuccio metallico superiore, togliere il coperchio di legno, inserire i grani, rimetterlo e riavvitare il tutto. Fate solo attenzione a non avvitare troppo il piccolo cappuccio, solo quanto basta perchè non si sviti, l'asta metallica interna deve potersi muovere per macinare, e se avvitate troppo rimane ferma. Cosa molto apprezzata è anche lo scovolino per la pulizia arrivato in dotazione. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero conveniente, visto che è tutto in legno e metallo. Consigliato.
