It technically can be heated on the stove, I’ll give it that.
The main reason I bought this product was to have a cute glass teapot to fill up and have at my desk while I worked on things, but I needed one that could handle having water heated up in it without getting out a pot to boil water or buying an electric kettle. Well, I do love this teapot. However, I now own an electric kettle. So there’s that. That’s not to say that this teapot isn’t stovetop safe - I boiled about a dozen pots of water in this thing on my stovetop without it shattering into a million pieces on me. However, the fear of it breaking was there from the moment I bought it, especially with so many other reviewers highly recommending not putting it directly on the stovetop or simply stating they wouldn’t be doing so. I noticed after the first few times I boiled water in it that it made this weird ticking noise when it was directly on the heat that was definitely coming from the glass. Now, for all I know that could be completely normal for borosilicate glass being heated up, but it definitely scared me out of wanting to use it that way. Personally, I would have appreciated a bit more instruction on the box or from the seller about what temperature to set the burner at to prevent any damages, any warnings about when to stop doing so or any less obvious signs of damage to look out for - or simply more information about heating it on the stovetop in general. Especially with how many other reviews highly advise against it.To it’s credit, the handle stays cool enough that you don’t need a mitt to take it off the burner and the filter makes the brewing process easy. The teapot is relatively easy to clean, though I do have some trouble with the spout and the filter itself is kind of a pain. Other than that, mine arrived in one piece quite quickly and is still in one piece, so I really can’t say all that bad against it. I really enjoy this cute lil teapot, even if I’m too scared to put it on burners!

Sublime Coffee
I love this French press. I got tired of the coffee at work...not my favorite brand and is not always made by the same person so the flavor varies from day to day. It makes a 20oz cup of coffee or tea. Less if you use less product and water. I love me some coffee so the 20 oz is perfect. It’s easy to make the beverage, pour in the water, toss in the coffee, put the lid on and wait (time depends on your tastes), filter and enjoy. Very sturdy. While cleaning (very easy) I banged the class on the sink and freaked out thinking I cracked it. I hit it pretty hard. No crack...yay! Update: I was drying the press after running water in it. Hot tap water. As I was drying it with a paper towel my knuckles hit the bottom. It wasn’t hard as that is impossible with my hand already in the press. The bottom broke out. Thank goodness I only paid $15. However in the merchants...my daughter works at a coffee store and says they break one a week.

Pretty and aesthetic, but not sturdy.
These look great, but the wooden handle broke off of the peg pretty soon into owning them. The tea infuser is nice, though.

New favorite tea cup
I LOVE this tea cup. It’s pretty and keeps the heat but most importantly, it is so easy to brew loose leaf tea now! The attachment works perfectly and I’ve been able to use the loose leaf teas that I was too lazy to put into a separate loose leaf pouch. My new favorite!

This Tea Mug was Too Hot to HANDLE!
I really wanted to like this tea mug by SUSteas, but unfortunately the tea mug handle didn't last long. After using the mug for about two weeks, the wood handle broke off, which was quite a shame. I took very good care of the mug and primarily used it with tea bags, and it's a shame it is now unusable due to the flimsy wooden handle. This tea mug could definitely not HANDLE the heat, at least in my case.

SuTeas means it in life guarantee for the product!
I have beening using the product for a month and am very happy about it. I use it for making coffee and tea from green tea leaves. It's easy to use and clean. I answered a few questions asked by customers. One of them was about a damage and I suggested the customer to try the supplier's life guarantee policy. I did not know I would try the policy myself. After one month of use with me being happy with the product, a little crack happened on the edge when it hit another mug while I was putting it in the tray after washing. I wrote to SuTeas and a new one arrived in just a few days! I even didn't need to send back the damaged one! SuTeas also responded to my request very politely. They mean it when they put "life guarantee" in the user manual. I would highly highly recommend this product!
