Purchased this after I realized how much I was spending at the chiropractor and on physical therapy for my various back and nerve pain issues. A massage chair is obviously ridiculously expensive and I can’t believe I did it, but I don’t regret it for a second. I use it while I’m watching TV at night and it not only makes my back feel better but I can actually feel my circulation being better… and my nerve pain is less… and it’s just such an indescribable positive feeling of doing something good for my health and wellbeing. The heat function is so comforting and the way it stretches in the Thai and Indian message modes is incredible. I chose this particular model/brand partially because of the color and design and it fits perfectly with my other furniture. It’s a huge hit and conversation piece for anyone who visits and I love that others can enjoy it too! This chair seems reasonably priced for what you are getting and if you can swing it you will be glad you did.

Paid a little more than I wanted to, but after reading with the reviews, I decided to make the purchase.I’ve only had the chair for a couple of weeks, but I get in it daily. I have frequent lower back pain and it has eased the tension and the pain very well.Excited to find out about its longevity, but the functionality is outstanding.

This chair stopped working mid-massage after a few months of light use. Completely unresponsive - a brick. After swapping power cords and outlets (plugged into a grounded outlet at all times, per instructions), I contacted Amazon who instructed me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked me to submit photos and videos as evidence of the claim - which I did. The manufacturer suggested I turn the power switch on (video showing the power switch on provided), and then ghosted. No response after weeks of followups. I reached back out to Amazon for help, and all they would do is tell me to contact the manufacturer and apologize for the inconvenience. Now I have a $3000 paperweight that can't even be safely moved because the chair is locked in a horizontal position. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - NEITHER AMAZON NOR THE MANUFACTURER WILL STAND BEHIND THIS PRODUCT BEYOND THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW.

We use it everyday, we love it. If you are shorter than 5’2” it’s not really going to get your calves. I do wish the chair got your butt more. Also, you can set it to where it massages your feet the whole time.

Revised****They finally reached out and sent the correct part. Now it works well. ****I have filled out their online product support page, I have emailed them, I have called them and I am currently on hold for the 4th call. Still no actual response other than, "We will contact you soon." My item arrived on June 14th without the parts to attach the foot piece and I have reached out daily since then. Today is June 28th. I am fed up and feel the only option is to return the item!! This is my 3rd RealRelax purchase and the chairs are great but the service is awful!!!

Yes it’s heavy and yes measure your doors! It took 4 people to get it inside and carry it upstairs. But OMG was it worth it! I love this thing so much! My friends ask to come over to use it all the time! Everyone is in love with it! I would say if you weigh over 250 pounds maybe go with a different model. My dad and mom are both bigger people and yes the chair worked for them, but both couldn’t get their arms in side arm massages, while in the chair. I weigh 170 lbs and this thing is as if it was built for my body perfectly. I use it every single day. I have neuropathy in my neck from a car accident ten years ago. And this chair has helped me tremendously. ALSO IF YOU WANT IT TO DO YOUR NECK FLIP THE PILLOWS UP! I was Leary about getting this chair because of complaints about it not massaging neck enough. On the screen it will tell you to flip pillow up if want neck done. And omg does it massage neck. Sometimes I’m like ahhhh too much tooo much haha. After I use the chair I hang upside down at a 45 degree angle in my inversion table ($130), my neuropathy use to be a 8 or 9 and now it’s like a 1 or 2!!!

Working the hours that I work and the lifting I have to do on my heavy duty job this machine has been the best possible solution. I come home and melt in the chair. It has so many various functions to massage you in different areas and with different intensities and form. My mother in law who is a recovering stroke survivor uses this daily for fifteen minutes and puts on the tranquil music. She said that this makes her right side which has been numb for 13 years feel so much better.I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a massage chair. You will not regret it. It truly is so relaxing.

It’s a 5 star for the price 4.5 star if I compare it to the $10,000 massage chairIt has 90% of the things the real expensive ones do.Need calf rollers & foot rollers can be betterAlso if rollers can hit next to neck that would have been 100%
