Product arrived quick and in perfect conditions. Nice boxing, with a good set of instructions on how to use it. They even refill your ink! The iSpy Pen has amazing features. I charged it for two hours and then started testing the camera which works amazing. USB connected quick to my laptop and I was able to see all the videos recorded.The pen itself is very light (I thought it was gonna weight somewhat more than a standard pen). High quality video and audio, no buzzing sounds or anything like that.Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve done so far!

I've had this a couple years and only used it a few times. It has a great high definition video and can pick up the sound too. It is great and I really liked it. Does not have a flashing light on it and very easy to record a person or situation. However it fell apart and has not worked since. I did not contact the seller because even though I only used it a few times I did have it for a couple of years.

I have been on the market for a spy pen for a while, and absolutely nothing beats the iSmart Pen Pro. It is the most simple and easy to use pen out there and the camera quality is unprecedented! The sleek and discreet design is unlike any pen that I have tried before. I cannot recommend this product any more!

Did not function at all. Charged for the two hours as noted on the directions and did not show any signs of life. The pen itself was sturdy and inconspicuous however a moot point when it doesn’t work

Got an email from ispypen with the proper way to insert pen into usb and voila...Audio video quality is better than anticipated.Have not tried it in low light or daylight yet.The one feature that would rank it 5 would be to have a more powerful battery so to extend the camera usage to more than 1 hour. Ispypen vendor has direct support via telephone not just email.I found them to be very accomadating and quick to respond. I would recommend their product and customer service.

The battery lasted about 15 min tops.

The item has very clear and sharp videos, along with great audio. Compared to other spy cameras I would give this item five stars, as it is easy to use and and does the job of a real-live pen.

I asked the seller for help on updating the datetime stamp and all he gave me was instructions that led me to an Apple webpage, but I am using a Windows computer. I then contacted Amazon technical support for assistance, but after an extensive period of time wasted, I had to do my own research.To change the datetime stamp, go to the Ispypens website. In the search field, type 'time stamp.' Open the first result. Follow the instructions by downloading either of the *.txt files. One shows the datetime stamp within the video, the other does not. Open the *.txt file and adjust the values to local date and time. Copy that file onto the pen.Video is fair and only records well if pen is held still. Fluorescent light reaks havoc on the video quality.Don't try to use at a massage parlor. The masseuses are trained to spot hidden cameras like these pens.
