It’s an amazing set of duplo. My toddler loves it and plays with it every day. Animals are great and surely this set helps develop child’s imagination

I’ve researched this product for a while and wasn’t sure whether to get this or the individual continents. So glad we bought this. When laid out it’s huge for a 2 year old. Certainly worth every penny. It covers all continents. Only thing I will say is that there is only 1 sound brick that cycles through the sounds for all continents. So you may end up with your toucan in a tree roaring! Lots of animal pieces. Great to play on their own or together.

This is marked as 3+. My son is 3.5 years old and knows all the animals in this toy. He can build confidently with these blocks, and with help, he can follow the instructions to build one predetermined figure or another.There are plenty of different opportunities to build and he can't stop playing with them.

This Lego Wild Animals of the World is a huge set of well made Duplo pieces and includes 22 animals and their habitats from all seven continents.This is a thoroughly enjoyable set to build, the animals which do not have to be built are bright and very colourful and the habitats are not too difficult to be built when following the excellent step by step instructions which Lego is well known for supplying with their kits.This set also comes with a large world map play mat allowing your child to learn where in the world each animal comes from which gives this set an educational slant. In addition to the map there is a special duplo brick called a "sound brick" and this makes animal and nature sounds, all adding to the playability of this set.My 2 year old granddaughter (with a lot of help from her 7 year old sister) has had so much fun with this set it is worth every penny.A superb and very impressive gift for a young child that will certainly delight.And another building kit from Lego whose quality never disappoints.Highly Recommends.

The media could not be loaded.  Superb quality Duplo Animals of the World play-set that includes 22 animals and map of the world play-mat. It also includes a sound brick (batteries included) which plays animal sounds and other noises. There’s a variety of bricks, shapes, fruits, flowers etc to set up some habitats for the animals - trees, lion house and a slide for the penguins! The animals included ensure that there’s some animals from each of the 7 continents. The large chunky bricks and accessories are perfect for toddlers but they will play with them for years.There’s no doubt Duplo is expensive but it’s incredibly durable. In the 1990’s my sister-in-law and I bought the Duplo Maxi and Mini Zoos for our sons. Those sets were much loved, used constantly and are still around today. Some pieces got lost over the years but her 4 year old grandson now plays with it daily. This set was for my 2 year old great-nephew who loves anything related to animals; he is completely obsessed with it, and it’s so sturdy and durable it can withstand his boisterous play. It’s currently priced at £114.99 which seems to be the RRP for this product.
