Soothing device for tired eyes (at a great price!)
Whether you're travelling or just have trouble falling asleep, this eyemask is great to shield your eyes from light. Apart from that the USB function warms up the area around the eyes and the included gelpack can cool your eyes making it effectively an eye spa. The device is powered by USB so it is easy to take with you on long trips where jetlag is an issue. Most airplanes have a USB charger outlet so even on long flights, it will never run out of power. Great build quality and excellent price.

Almost there but not quite
The product doesn't get hot enough to penetrate through the padding of the eye pad. I feel it needs a re-design.But the product is quality made, the eye pad and packaging are all great. It just hasn't helped with my dry eye sadly. I'm tempted to use it without the padding as a hand warmer at work...

Bought for girlfriend, who has eye problems (including macular degeneration). She loves it - finds it very relaxing .

A bit disappointed packaging
I’m a bit disappointed. The mask was not packed properly, the instructions was not in the box.

Might be nice if you're OK with pressure on your face
I had such high hopes for this mask, but it was not for me. It arrived looking lovely, in a nice box with the mask, cover, earplugs in a little box, gel insert, charging cable, a suedette case, and even a little spray bottle for you to fill with water. The charging cable is a decent length, it was absolutely fine going into a USB port on the floor by the bed. The eye mask is being worn back to front by the model in order to show the prettier side, so the cable actually comes out of the mask on the left side, if that makes a difference to you.I put it together, filled the bottle and sprayed a bit of water on it, and then lay back in bed with the mask on and an audiobook. Then I tried to loosen the strap, as it was uncomfortably tight. I'm a woman of 4'11, so if it's tight on me it's likely to be tight on all adults. Then I realised the strap wouldn't loosen any further, took it off, tried wrapping various things around it, and eventually put it into a thick sock and tucked it into my usual eye mask.This is the point when I realised what the unpleasant feeling around my eye socks reminded me of. I'm one of those people who finds massage tables horribly uncomfortable on my face, even with the special face holes and all that, and if I'm lucky can cope using a memory foam face cradle I bought myself. I don't do well with pressure there, and it took a bit of hunting to find a sleep mask I was comfortable with. It could be because I have fibromyalgia, although massage therapists tell me it's a common issue. I now have a nasty headache. Edit: not just headache, migraine. Sadly, the face mask and all its nice little accessories are being packed up and sent back.I ordered the odorless model, and am pleased to report that it did not turn up with lavender included and didn't smell.The other star has been knocked off because the strap is far too tight. If the mask had been comfortable otherwise, I'd have tried putting it over something to stretch it out, but that shouldn't be necessary.
