If you’re serious about fine wine then you will own a decanter. Decanters however can be a pain to clean, especially some of the more “artistically” shaped ones. But these balls can get into even the most contorted of shapes, and give a proper scrub. Even with a fairly standard-shaped decanter it can be hard to get a perfectly pristine inside, but a quick swirl with these and some bicarbonate of soda and your decanter will look cleaner than when it came out of the box.I’ve bought a few bendy brushes over the years, to reach the inner corners of various decanters, and some work really well on certain shapes of decanter, but nothing works as well on all shapes as these balls.The good thing with these (compared with copper balls that I used to use) is that they don’t tarnish. Also, for the many years that these will last, the price is a bit of a steal. Highly recommended.

It is as expected added only 4 stars because the silicone bag while very convenient compared to not having could be greatly improved in storage with a loop for hanging. Its a dish cleaning tool so its not something Id want to store in a drawer since it will be wet after every use. I hang mine by putting a hook on the inside but it feels more precarious and a loop wouldnt be hard to add.Otherwise yes, the beads are much better than using rice like I was and the silicone draining bag is generally a great idea.

Works perfectly to clean out the delicate decanter that I have that has a ship inside of it made out of glass.

After one use the red wine stains in our decanter were gone! Easy to use but be careful returning the beads into the jar so they don’t spill. Definitely recommend.

I have a flask-shaped water bottle that is just great for carrying in my crossbody bag, but it is nearly impossible to clean with any bottle brushes that I have tried. These stainless steel balls did the trick. I especially like the silicon storage bag that came with the balls. This allows the balls to dry and stay clean and ready to use the next time they are needed.

I use my wine decanter often and noticed a red film building. I didn't have the right sponges and soap soaks didn't do the trick. I saw advertisements for sterling silver beads in Wine Enthusiast magazine for decanter cleaning and thought why not? I went on Amazon and purchased something similar. As soon as it arrived, I used it on my decanter. It was like magic! It took about 3 minutes of swishing around to get it all but that might be because my decanter was stained for a while. Best thing of it all was that I didn't notice any scratches! The cherry on top for this product was the built in strainer for the storage container. I am all about efficiency.

I have used rice, plastic beads and other small items to attempt to clean the inside of bottles with disappointing results. These tiny beads are a powerhouse of cleaning muscle. They are just heavy enough to not just float around in the water. They actually do a great job on the inside without scratching the class.

The packaging of the product was severly damaged upon receival, this aint something you can give away as a present. However i havent tried out the product yet. 2/5 for not reboxing the product before shopping.

Gemakkelijk voor flessen, ja. Maar vooral voor 5-liter waterfles. We gebruiken die voor regenwater in de tuin. Ze zitten zo vol met bruine/groene algen. De bolletjes verwijderen alles, zelfs in het handvat. En zonder detergent. Een verademing na alles wat we tot nu toe geprobeerd hebben.

I was a little dubious but these really cleaned decanters that were badly stained. Yes it takes a little elbow grease and time as well but they were easy to use and really made a huge difference (I did use it combined with vinegar and baking soda as mine were so badly stained). The storage bag is also very good and is very helpful to clean the balls after use
