Q: Could this hold a 40in Cobia?

I just re measured my bag. It is 39 inches long and the inside is 35 so you would need to cut the fish to reduce its length to fit. The inside depth is 13 1/2 inches. The bag is the bomb so well made and I put ice packs I got from my pharmacy which don't melt for 15 hours and a couple bags of ice. The bag keeps my catch really cold. I also put my fish, ice, and packs in bags so I don't have to rinse it out and have a big clean up every time but you don't have to.

The one I purchased did not come with Ice tubes. But is a good cooler.

Q: Can I fold the cooler in half? I do this with my old katchkooler to fit it in the back of my kayak

Yes. I fold it in half and store on the bow.
