The recliner backside has a moveable skirting which allows for removal of the chair back to facilitate transport through narrow doors and stairways. Trimmed underneath with a non-woven dust cover to conceal all exposed wood, every detail has been addressed to provide a finished look that is as handsome and stylish as it is functional. Perfect!
Sometimes you really get what you pay for. This chair is worth its price: extraordinary leather, excellent construction and finish and even the quality of the packing. Takes a few minutes to remove from the box and take off the cloth coverings, and then literally five minutes to attach four legs (no tools required) and slide the back onto the chair. Chair is beautiful and comfortable.
