Laser and LEDs are quite bright and unit makes a nice display with lots of options without the hassle having to string lights. My only concern is durability since my first unit had to go back right out of the package because the green laser was not working. Replacement is working fine for three days. If I get the full season out of it I'd probably consider it worth it.

We bought one of these two Christmases ago on sale at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Retail price was way too high, like $200, but we paid only $25. This item is of such GREAT quality, we decided to buy two more when we going them thru Amazon at the same sale price.Our first one only covered the front of our house with multicolored dots of light that we set up to cycle thru various color combinations. It could not also cover the attached garage to the side. With these two more, we plan to cover the entire front of our home, the garage, plus "decorate" the tall trees in our front yard.The multicolor lights effect, just one of several options, is SO beautiful, especially when focused on tall trees - looks like their trunks and branches were wrapped in lights by a professional!This light set comes with an easy to use remote control, so you can turn them on or off from inside the house. One can also easily set up the 6- or 8-hr timer so they operate automatically. You can also change the type of effect you want from the remote. The light is so easy to set into the ground with the heavy-duty stake provided. The set includes all you need except an exterior extension cord, which you probably will need.This is a super easy way to decorate the outside of your home for Christmas or to add some magic to one's yard at night any time of year! The only negative with our order is that the Seller, ReadyShop, LLC, used a third party to ship these out and they sent us only one. We were charged for two and so contacted the Seller, who responded quickly with a promise to investigate this. We expect this will turn out well, but will update this review if it does not.

I have a friend who has nine of these in her back yard. It's gorgeous. I have two in front and two in back. Not enough to make even a dent into lighting up house and tees. I'll but more after the holidays when hopefully they go on sale.

It’s ok for the price, but don’t expect a carnival. The lasers aren’t as bright as they could be and the remote is intuitive.

A light “ dropped” from the rotation of colors in less than a month. Therefore only 2 colors cycled.

We used static three-color to illuminate the house. Set up three lights for fuller coverage. These are great, much better than our old two-color single light. We'll need to experiment with he many features next year, we kept it simple this year.

This is by far the best laser light we’ve owned. Bought a Viatek 3 yrs ago however the lawn crew broke it last week so we just received this newer Viatek & it’s even better than our previous one. Super bright & love the built in flood light of which the color can be changed.

The description was for Red, Green, and Blue Laser with a 16 color LED, but what was received was only Red and Green Laser with 16 Color LED. Product works OK but is missing the Blue Laser as described. Not happy, since I really wanted the Red, Green, and Blue laser dots.
