Fantastic film for all the family!
Finding Nemo is a Pixar classic which never seems to get any less entertaining the more you watch it. The film, despite being 10 years old this year, is still an amazing example of CGI at its best and still fails to look dated. It is also suitable for all the family thanks to its mixture of fantastic animation, simply story line, adult and child humour (clean) which keeps you immersed from the start 'til end.The story-line is nice and simple to follow making it suitable for all of the family regardless of age, but don't let that deter you from purchasing it. The film contains a small set of characters who appear throughout the entire film, the main protagonists being Marlin the clown fish and the adorably-funny Dory, a Pacific regal blue tang. The film follows these two characters as they go on a search to find Marlin's lost son, Nemo, a young clown fish who goes missing during his first day at "school" (clever use of words Disney!). Without spoiling the story, their adventure contains numerous challenges which they must overcome in order to succeed in finding Nemo, some of which are hilarious to watch. The humour is set up for both adults and children alike, so the entire family can enjoy the film.I managed to lose my previous copy of the film, but as I enjoy it so much I didn't think twice about buying another copy. Highly recommended.

Best Animated Film I've Seen To Date!!!
Finding Nemo is the best animated film that I have seen to date! it is simply the best! If you've loved the Pixar titles then you will love this feature! No doubt about it!Finding Nemo tells the story of (Marlyn)Father and (Nemo)Son, Marlyn is overprotective of Nemo after what has happened to their family, but doesn't give Nemo the freedom that he wants, he defys his father after telling Nemo not to touch the bottom of a boat, when he does the adventure begins.Marlyn searches out to find Nemo and along the way has an adventure of a lifetime! This film is magnificant as the characters are uplifting, the way that some of the characters has been animated are amazing, and the voice actors adds emotion creating a unique character, when you watch this film you won't even realise that its animated because the story is just so good. This set includes the bonus disc that explains how its all done, when we watch an animated film we don't truely appreciate how much work has gone into it to make it like as if it was no effort, Pixar is to be praised with this animated title as this is one for all audiences! one definatly worth owning!!After watching it, I still can't get over the birds! "Mine Mine Mine Mine Mine" heh :D (you will understand when you watch it)

The best film i,ve seen in 2004 so far.
A"Finding Nemo" may be at first glance a colourful ode of a fathers slightly overprotective love for his son but look ,ahem..deeper and it's a road movie mixed with a prison drama with a touch of mild horror thrown in. After all things are constantly trying to eat half the cast and Nemo is in ultimate danger of being shaken to death by a dentally challenged brat. The film also extols the value of teamwork ("All swim down together") of letting your children discover and learn things for themselves and learning from them in order to take a few chances yourself. Ultimately it says more about relationships than any other film I've seen this year so far.The characters are terrific, from the sharks trying to abstain from eating fish-"Fish are friends too"- ,to the hippyish turtles to the seagulls who's only dialogue is a constant cry of "Mine, mine". It's not as witty as "Shreck" and lacks a real villain in the class of "Hopper" from "A Bugs Life" but it is amusing more often than not and at times its genuinely tense and exciting. The animation is breathtaking as we've come to expect from Pixar. As with many films ostensibly aimed at kids its actually more rewarding viewing for adults (Both my kids were bored after half an hour) Great fun and the happy ending that I would balk at in an adult film is just right. If it can cure the cynic in me then it can do it for anyone.

Cool Film, Amazing Graphics
This is an amazing film, with superb computer graphics. Being 16 you would have thought that this film would be to babyish for me - but I assure you not this film is suitable for any age from 5 to 105 but I would advise parents to stay with younger children as there are sometimes quite "scary" shark scenes! The general plot of the film is a fish called "Nemo" who gets taken away from his father - who them proceeds to travel thousands of miles across the ocean to save him. Despite the simply plot there are loads of gags and entertaining story line in this film which make it really enjoyable to watch. The film takes two angles, one of Nemo in a fish tank in a dental sugery trying to escape and one of his father, Marvin, trying to find his little Nemo.Of course - it would be spoiling the plot to tell you if every thing ends happily or not - so I won't!To make things even better after you have finshed watching the film there is loads of extras to watch, which are actually quite interested as apposed to some of the rubbishy promotional stuff you get in some DVD extras.A definte buy for any Toy Story or Shrek fan!

Nemo Duuude!
I was very excited when Finding Nemo was delivered to me yesterday. For some stupid reason, I never made the effort to watch it at the cinema but waiting for it's release got me more geared up to see it. I certainly wasn't let down! Finding Nemo has everything you can expect from a film, it is sad, touching, has you on the edge of your seat at times but most of all it's really funny.I don't know who's job it was to decide how each type of sea creature would talk but is it just me or was that exactly how they would talk if they could?Dory is an excellent character, extremely funny, sweet and a bit irritating at times, I loved the bit when she is speaking Whale and how she keeps repeating the address they hope to find Nemo at.I think my favourite characters were the Sea Turtles, everything they said had me in stitches.I love all Disney films generally but there is definately something special about Finding Nemo, I hope this film is the start of more great films to come.Highly Recommended.
