Gotta Love Good Customer Service
This PVC towel rack is reasonably priced, stylish, and will work great next to our hot tub. You do have to have to assemble the pole and towel rings with provided screws. When I received mine the screws were loose inside the box. Included with the screws are small caps that match the color of the stand and snap on the screw heads to conceal them. I was missing a few of those little caps. I did not want to return the item so I emailed Outdoor Lamp Company from the info provided in the box. Frank from Outdoor Lamp promptly responded and sent me replacement caps. Great Service!

It's okay
I was a little surprised as I hadn't read that it was made from PVC plastic but I do like the design and so far it hasn't been a problem as far as the stability of the rack. We use it next to our hot tub.

Perfect for my poolside. My only negative thought comment is I wish the stand was a little taller.

It is made of plastic, but does the job. As other reviewers (and the manual) say, just fill the base with sand and water and you won't have problems. The design does mean that the towels bunch and don't dry as well - but on the other hand it means the rack takes up less space.

Look OK, Works Not so OK
It works OK. I had to load base with gravel to get it to stay up. If you place large, wet pool towels on it, it will topple over in the wind. But it does work ... kind of!

Ok, but disappointing for price.
Most everything about this was a disappointment, especially for the price. It's a little too short to hold beach towels, it's not weighted well, and it only has 3 towel rings. If you haven't bought it yet, I would suggest you keep on looking.

Way too expensive for the actual product. It's mostly plastic and not very sturdy.
